Membership Entitlements

Accredited members are provided with an Animal Companions T-shirt and ID badge and are covered by insurance. We offer our members:

• the chance to socialise with like-minded people through dog walks and social events
• newsletters
• information sessions and training tips
• discounted pet products
• a Facebook group for members only, where you can share visiting experiences, post photos and exchange dog-related information.

Insurance

We carry the following insurance:

• Public Liability Insurance – covers personal injury or property damage caused by a volunteer team while providing unpaid work on behalf of Animal Companions.
• Voluntary Workers Insurance – covers a volunteer for loss of earning, medical expenses, rehabilitation and other costs in the event of an accident which occurs while providing unpaid work on behalf of Animal Companions. This includes travel to and from such voluntary work.
